Aware that its industrial activity does not have a high environmental impact, it is also not totally devoid of this impact, in this way Isla unipessoal lda assumes an active attitude of sustainability through a careful selection of partners that guarantee us compliance with the requirements.

The use of sustainable materials has been one of Isla's commitments, such as bci cotton, organic cotton and recycled polyester which contributes to a lower impact on the environment, under certification standards that presuppose the non-use of toxic insecticides, herbicides or fungicides, good practice of plantation and responsible use of resources such as water in process, as well the reduction of CO2 emissions. In case of polyester recycled, its use avoids the disposal of plastic in landfills or in the ocean. In this way, we are prepared to supply organic cotton fabrics and we are proud to be a certificated GOTS, OCS and RCS partner.
